Question about status?

I filed NIW and my employer filed EB1B for me. I-485 is filed which is linked to the filing of EB1B. My H1 has expired for 6-year period, current status is AOS and work with EAD card. If my EB1B is denied, while NIW is approved, what status will I be in? can I apply for a 3-year H1 extension? thanks
