（1）我的出生公证上有曾用名（上初中时改的，以后都没用过），在G325A和I765表上必须填么？填了会不会增加麻烦（另：我在出国申请签证时没填过曾用名）？还是再办一份出生公证好些（把曾用名去掉）？
-Just put the 曾用名 in the forms to be consistent with your 出生公证, nothing worried.
（2）地址太长，PDF表格里填不下，手添可以么？

（3）I765的第16项，我和我爱人都添c9么（based on Eb1a approved I485）？
