请问由公司签发的一定要是Offer Letter（给我本人的口吻）吗？而不是工作的证明信（给移民局的口吻）吗？
-EB1B only can be filed by your employer, not you. Your employer will address your employment status in the petition letter, so no offer letter is needed.

还有根据律师，这封Offer Letter 的签发时间是现在，而不是真正开始工作的时间（事实上早就工作了).

根据律师:我需要从公司那里得到Offer Letter, I-140签字，和公司至少有3个以上researcher的证明（请问这个是公司出一封证明信吗？还需要其他补充材料吗？）
-Your lawyer will contact your employer for any inforamtion needed, not your business. So, do not worry about it. You just prepare the documents related to your own achievements such as publications, awards, meeting abtracts, recommendation letters, professional membership, review other people's paper for journals, etc. Contact your lawyer and he/she will tell you what you are supposed to prepare for.
