回复：关于交I-130（姐妹移民）和I-864(经济担保)的顺序的疑惑

我查了左侧帮助帖,也查了些旧帖,现在的说法是要I130和864一起交。早一,两年的说法是要等I-130批准了,会给你寄来信件,让你交费,然后给你寄I-864表。现在也有个别帖子是这个说法。我已经交了I-130，没交864，非常担心，我该怎么办？等通知补材料？还是现在给寄一份？

-You absolutely do not need to file I-864 until NVC sends you the package which includes Form I-864 and you can file it at that time following the NVC instructions. So, do not worry.
