I am US citizen, and thinking of GC application for my Dad who is China.
Should I file I-130 first, or shoud I file I-864, and I-824 together with I-130?
-You just need to file I-130 (including support documents for I-130) at this moment. After your I-130 is approved, USCIS will send the approved I-130 to National Visa Center. Then, NVC will send a package to you indicating what documents you still need to provide such as I-824, etc. and you just follow the NVC's instructions to do it.
