如果是I-539, 为什么其填表说明里没有包括这种情况呢？有人说直接到配偶的学校申请一张新的I-20，把我的名字写进去就可以了，是这样的吗？谢谢
-You need a copy fo your spouse's I-20 which has your name in the Dependent part, and then encolse this I-20 copy with your I-539 and other required documents and filing fee, and send them to USCIS. After your application is approved, you need to bring the approval notice to the International Student Office at your spouse's school. Then, the Office will put your name into SEVIS and thus, your status becomes F2.
