上次I-485面试,结果further review.接着我们的I-130 approval letter被转寄到National Benefits Center (NBC).
这次是个field office director，信是写给我老公的。信中说明了要带有效证件，我的证件，租房或买房合同，银行账号，收入证明，税单，健康保险，汽车保险，现任雇主的信，孩子的出生证明，家人对你婚姻真实性的证明，在一起的照片。
1。有人参加过这种面试吗？
2。为什么是这么大的官面试我们，而不是普通移民官？
-The field office director = USCIS local office director. He/she is the supervisor of the 移民官 who interviewed you last time. The 移民官 was unable to make a decision based the information his/her interviewed you, so he/she needs the supervisor to do it again. It is normal procedure and they need to make sure your marriage is true before they issue a green card to you because your marriage is too short.

3。直接写给我老公的，而不是我？
-It is normal.
4。面试纸跟上次也不一样。这个是为了我的I-485吗？还是只是一个背景调查或者面试？
-Not different from last time and the interview purpose is to make sure your marriage is 100% true.
5。如果pass了，我就可以拿到绿卡了？
-It is possible.
6。我们都需要准备什么？看起来这次要仔细审了。什么样的资料会比较有帮助呢？
-Bring all the evidences required and any information to prove your marriage as details as possible such as communications before or after marriage; wedding picture, joint pictures of you and your hu*****and, and both family (parents, brother/sisters), etc.

7。这个district adjudications officer, field office director 都是什么人物阿？这难道是传说中的移民法庭？
-district adjudications officer = regular IO; field office director = supervisor of the IO in USCIS local office.
