回复：OPT期间能用1099表保税吗?

我现在在OPT，有一个part-time，老板说他给我钱，但要我自己保税，用1099表而不是W2.学校OIS的人说只要是人家给你钱就行了，

可有的人又说不行，必须是W2.

我现在已经干了一段时间，总不能不要钱吧？

但这样做会不会影响我后面的H签证和绿卡呢？
-As long as the part-time job is related to your major, no any problem at all.
