I-131填表问题

我现在H1-B, 申请婚姻绿卡。在I-131中，我是申请 Re-entry permit, 不是Advance Parole Document, 请大家帮我看看对不对？

在I-131的Part 5, "Since you became a permanent resident of the United States, have you ever filed a federal income tax return as a nonresident or failed to file a federal income tax return because you considered yourself to be a nonresident?" Yes or NO

我目前还不是permanent resident, 所以我的税都是nonresident,这个问题是选 yes 还是 no?
