回复：AP renewal effective date的问题

我和LD打算12月中回国三个星期,一月七,八号回来.我的AP12月30日expire.LD的AP要到明年1月26日expire.我是肯定要renew AP的.

不知道LD是否最好也一起renew.
-Your LD doe not to renew if he/he plans to return U.S. before the cuurent AP expires (明年1月26日).

假如需要renew,新的AP effective date是从批准的那一天算,还是从现在的AP expiration date算.还有如果新的批了.当我们返回美国时,旧的和新的AP都要出示吗?请知道的大虾吱一声.谢了.
