另外，再请教一下我觉得很重要，也很困惑的问题。

我B2有效期至9月25号。我知道如果我在9月25号之前递交H1B的申请，在等待期间我是合法居留的。
但是如果我的H1B的申请是在10月初递交的话，中间有个小gap，那么我等待H1B批准的过程中，还算合法居留吗？
-Yes after you file the H1 petition, but if your H1 is denied, your illegal presence will be counted from the date of your B2 expiration. That is why I suggest you to use premium processing to get the result quickly.
