withdraw case/re will go to the same IO?
主要是想知道，遇到reputation 不好的officer,如果撤了，或者重新申请，还会被分给原来的officer吗？

-It is hard to say, and the chance is small. If your case is denied and you re-file it, the new case will not assigned the same IO who dealt with your old case.

I still do not think you need to withdraw the case just based on somebody said that this IO' is strict. Just let thing go naturally. If your case is denied, just file MTR or appear which usually is dealt with by another IO or supervisor.
