一年前的推荐信还能用吗？

以前是EB2/NIW的推荐信，里面的关键词当时就用了outstanding,没有用national
interest，等不急了, 现在想搞EB1B,不想再麻烦要一次推荐信，大家有同样的经历吗？ 谢谢!
