I am planning come back from China with AP, but my chinese passport will expire with 6 months, will I have trouble at the entry of port to US?
-I do no think you have a problem to enter U.S. with AP even if your passport will expire within 6 months. Passort 6-month validation is only for the non-immigration visa holder, whereas a AP holder is a parolee. So, you will be OK as long as your passport is still valid when you re-enter U.S.
