我妈妈的签证是一年内多次往返的旅游签证, 有效期是去年11.3到今年11.2号, 我妈妈想在十月份过来看我, 十一月中返回中国, 这会不会违反了规定? 她需要在11.2号之前返回中国吗?
-How long your mother can leglly stay in U.S. is indicated on her I-94 card, not depend on her visa有效期. Visa 有效期 (11.2) means she can not use this visa to enter U.S. after it expires (11.2). So, as long as she leaves U.S. before her I-94 expires, she will be OK.
