回复：急问换工作对绿卡申请的影响

我目前在用H1B工作，公司帮助申请绿卡EB2，140已经批准，485递交上去，超过180天了。我的H1B到明年2月就要满6年了，需要申请extension。

现在考虑换工作。请问大侠们，如果换工作，对485的批准有没有影响。
-No negative effect if your new job is the same/similar area as the old one.
到新公司是重新申请H1B好呢，还是用EAD也关系不大。多谢指教。
-Up to you. If your new company pay the H1 petition fee and the lawyer fee, just do H1 transfer. If no, you may use EAD to save some moeny.
