-Yes, but had better not live more than one year.
还是一定要在美国等待？

3。如果等我的485批下来，再加他，是否等待时间更长，且一定要回国内，等待和体检？
-If he is in U.S., file I-485. If he is in China, use consular processing. No one can be prety sure how long it will take for your kid to get the green card.
