I am under I140/I485 pending for a half year. My H-1 visa will expires at the end of 2004. I have EAD on hand but not got I140 aproved yet. Do I need to renew my H-1 for 7th year or not? I heard that working with EAD is ok no matter 140 aproved? Is that true. Could any body give me an answer?
