AP renew 要不要交$305啊？谢谢~！

我帮同学file AP, 发现有这么一句话：

If you filed Form I485 on or after July 30, 2007 and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is requried to file a request for Advance Parole ...

这个485的received data正好是July 30, 2007, 是不是就可以不要交钱renew AP?
当时485的申请费只要395, 现在AP renew就要305 ...

请有经验的大虾回答， 谢谢~！
