我的律师帮我要求CIS relink 我们的485（based on NIW)to EB1b. (both I140 approved). 今天收到CIS来信，但只是说：we are actively processin this case. How ever, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused longer processing time...... 根本没提relink的事。请问 你的I485 relink确认信上怎么说的？
