我现在是485pending，用AP去年回过国，现在的I-94(AP)已经过期了，我的H1b在2010年10月过期，我应该提供什么有效的在美身份？？

Sorry that I have asked this question before, but not get clear answer. Thanks XDJM's reply if you have any experience.
