请问pijiang: efile 140+premium process

问题：
（1）我应该算在NSC, 现在打算efile 140 到TSC 同时premium process.

正确的顺序应该知怎样的呢？

第一步 efile to TSC;
第二步：paper file 907+supporting document to TSC premium processing center
第三步：paper file 485 to NSC if 140 gets approved

请问这样是否可行？

（2）是不是只要file 485 and received by NSC,我的配偶就不需要保持non-immigrant status 乐？
