I am not primary applicant. 140 is pending, can i use my EAD?
-Yes, you can. But your status will be AOS and if your spouse I-140 is denied, you need to change your status to H1/H4 or L1/L2 only, not F1/F2.
is there any negative effect on the process of our case?
-No.
