想问pjiang老师，我是J-1互惠生来美国的，现在想申请F-1，我是要豁免好呢？还是直接申请大学，让大学帮我转签证好呢？
-If you do not get the j1 waiver yet, you can go outside US to get an F1 visa to come back for the F1 study. But you still need to get the J1 waiver in the future to be qualified for the H1 status or green card.
