If canadian passport holder enter US without any formality, they enter with status B1/B2. If they deny you TN with immigration intent and they also will deny you B1/B2.after deny your entry, your name is enter database and prevent you to try other port and time.The saferst way is apply !-485 and EAD, and work with EAD
