I need delete my writting because I thought 1-140 as I-485.You can try your luck and prepare some evidence to show you have strong connection with canada.Because Applying TN does not fill application form, if this info is not in datebase and you are not lie, you will pass. If they find out you have I-140 and deny you TN, they will deny your B1/B2 also.If you apply TN, you are better not use airport and port of entry on the Highway.
