我在为一个美国公司做一 个小project, 公司按小时给我付钱。 如果公司开支票寄给我， 我的疑问是能否接受公司支票？ 公司肯定会向美国税务局寄我的1099表 ,只是我没有H1身份， 人在加拿大, 这样工作合法吗？
-If you live and work for the US company in Canada and have no non-immigration or immigration status (or not US citizen) in U.S., no US immigration law can limit you and the US Company will not send your imcome record to 美国税务局.
今后如何报 税？
-You may need to pay the income tax to Canadian税务局, not 美国税务局.
