失业近8个月，请问如果现在找到一份工作的话，要转换H1B的话，是否可行？我知道是要境外签证，但境外签证的话，会否因为有8个月的失业经历而签不出或485在审理的时候发现有8个月的失业经历而被拒啊？
-Most likely you need to go out of US to get an H1 visa. If your old H1 I-94 is till valid, you are OK to get an H1 visa outsie US without affecting your I-485. Otherwise, your I-485 will be affected if you go out of US to get an H1 visa because your current status is no more H1. So, you had better use EAD to work and AP to travel in this case.
