HELP needed!! (expunged arrested record)

I will apply for the US citizenship soon. Six years ago I was arrested for "domestic battery" and the case had been dismissed by the court. My lawyer has helped me to expunge the arrest record. So when I fill out the form N-400, question 16 says:"Have you ever been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer for any reason?". Should I answer "yes" to it?
