目前我又试了，Acrobat 可以打开其它网上的文件，但I539表就是打不开，不知道您能打开吗？

对于Part 4-3C，
“c. Has a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application?
你或任何申请人有没有填过 I-485 表格进行身份调整？ （交了 I-485 吗）"

我情况是前不久交了485申请，但还没有收到receipt。那么我如何写一句话来说明情况呢？ 没有receipt,会不会导致RFE，让交485有关材料呢？我有没有必要现在将我485的材料复印一起交上去？
