I-485 and WIC program

Hi all, thanks for your help. I have another question. Does the acceptance of help from the WIC food and nutrition assistance program affect GC application? How to say it in the I-485 form? If we say yes to question 2 in Part 3 of I-485, what should I do? What documents would help this?
