这么说来，还是能用H1就用H1, 尽量不要用EAD,你说是吧
-Depends, if you are working in US now and will continue to be here, you had better keep H1 status. But if you want to give up your current job and go back to China for a while, you had better have EAD because you you can not keep your H1 after you quit the job.


综合考虑以上各种因素，您认为我现在申请EAD有用吗？如果没什么用，那我就不申请了，只申请AP就好，还可以省几百刀：）您有什么好建议吗？
-Because you 今年7月被通知到local office （baltimore) 面谈, I think your I-485 probably has been pre-approved and wait for the PD to be current,and USCIS may not ask you RFE. If you want to come to USCIS for a short time job, you may have a EAD to work. If your I-485 is denied, you still can come to US by applying for an H1 visa even if you used EAD before.
