about wrong priority category and relink

USCIS mistakenly linked my EB1 485 to NIW 140. I've requested NSC to relink
my 485 to EB1 140. Today I received a response to my followup of relink
request, which says "CIS electronic records indicate that the Employment
Based I-485 is still pending. Case has been ordered to review for 1st
preference category."

Does "case has been ordered to review" mean an supervisor has pulled and
assigned my case, or merely means they have relinked my cases? Thanks...
