Ask for advice for 2nd fingerprint.

NIW PD is around October 2006. December 2006 both my hu*****and and I did the 1st finger print, CIS asked my hu*****and did his 2nd finger print on 06/03/09, but as a main applicant, I didn’t get any letter to request my 2nd finger print. Last week, I got REF I-485 for my employment confirmation, CIS didn’t mention fingerprint. Should I remind CIS about it?

I asked my lawyer, he replied as “Often a second fingerprint is needed if the first is not clear - if you did not get a second fingerprint notice it probably means that the first is ok and second not needed”. I just doubt it. I am afraid CIS will ask me do fingerprint in future, which will delay my case.
