Can I change back to H1-B status? If yes, is it going to be a transfer or do I need to get out of the country and re-enter to activate H1-B status?
- If the H-1b will be sponsored by another employer, you need to file I-129.
Mostly you will need to reinstate H-1b POE, however it is uncertain until you receive the approval notice.
