question for pjiang and xiaobaitu: about I-693

最近要file 485， 发现immunization 的小本本不见了。 所有 的shot都得再来一遍吗？MMR 要two shots and there is one month gap between them. my question is should I file 485 or after the first shot or have to wait to complete the second shot and then file?
