我现在是F1学生身份。年底博士毕业。现在有份工业界的工作offer。我随我老公递了485（EB2)。 今年3月申请了485 的工卡，明年3月失效， 但我从没有用过这个工卡。

我现在的问题是，我还能申请opt 的工卡吗？
-Most likely your OPT application will not be approved because of your immigration intent. You only can work with H1 status or using I-485 based EAD.
