父母持B2签证来美，并申请了半年延期，递交申请时，同时递交了I-94卡原件。

父母来美将近一年时，离开了美国。他们回到大陆后的一个月，我在美国收到了B2签证延期的批准书。

请问，新的I-94卡，需要寄出吗？不寄出，对他们下次申请签证有影响吗？若需要寄出，寄哪里？
