收到移民局的RFE, 让解释为什么我和我先生两地分居. 情况时我老公换工作到另外的州,工作不很稳定,而且亚特兰大的房子市场不好,所以我暂时带孩子生活.老公一两个月回来一次. (一)不知道有这方面经验的朋友,是如何解释和提供证据的.
-All the air tickets, emails, phone records, bank joint account satements and credit card joint account statements, the lastest joint pictures of your family, etc. and explain the reasons of separation in details in the cover letter.
(二)老公的公司顾了一个外国律师,可是也不太懂问什么我们不搬到一起.是我自己起草一份信回答还是律师代回答?
十分紧急,因为信收到的特别晚.
