我看他是离开A公司后，A公司为他file的485，搞不清楚是否他符合485 pending>180 天换工作的条件。
-I-485 is only related to him (he is the only applicant for I-485), not to any companies. Company A might just pay the filing fee for him, but it does not mean I-485 has something to do with Company A. Every I-485 applicant has to sign the Form I-485, not the employer (I-485 has no sponsor).
