急：婚姻绿卡I-751 with joint filing be waived

我的临时绿卡9月份过期，今天刚刚上法庭办完离婚，请问如果我现在立刻file I-751 requesting the joint filing requirement be waived, 请律师会有帮助吗？我们结婚期间没有小孩和共有房产，只有共同的帐单（车保，电话，etc.)
