1. 如果学校发现我没有注册（他们要求一定要在8月24日注册，并且学费不能退款），他们会马上上报USCIS revoke我的F1吗？
-They usually do it in one or two weeks after the semester begins.
还是会先向我讨回I20表？
-No.
从他们上报到我的F1正式被USCIS cancel，中间的处理时间大概是几周？
-The school just put the information into the SEVIS, and your F1 cancellation is effective immidiately.

2. 问第一个问题是希望我的H1 premium processing能有一些buffer time。因为LCA要花一周时间，等USCIS receive我的H1 petition,肯定是在8月24日之后了。我记得pjang老师在博客里说过，如果out of status（没有了F1)是没有资格要求change of status的。我担心的是USCIS在审理我的H1 case的时候，如果发现校方要求revoke我的F1，会不会以这个为理由马上deny我的H1呢？
-Your H1 might be approved without I-94 and you just need to get h1 visa outside U.S. to activate your H1 in this case.
USCIS在COS的timing方面真卡得那么紧吗？
-Usually not, so you still have a chance to get your H1 fully approved (with the i-94).

还是容许有一些Gap呢？
-It is poosible.
