H1B已经快6年了，目前只能用我的NIW的I140（已经批准）去延期。NIW是在学校自己办
的，目前在公司工作。公司律师说用我的NIW的I140延期有可能导致我的NIW的I140被拒
，原因是我从学校到了公司，尽管我的工作内容完全一致。也可能一切顺利。
-I do not think your NIW I-140 will be invalid as long as your new work工作内容完全一致 as the old work. But your H1 extension application may be denied because your new H1 petition is under cap-limit unless you can get a new H1 quote.
