1. 英文描写
Due to visa number retrogression, I re-file my Form I-140 Petition for Permanent Residency with request for EB-1A.
I would also like to request transferring my previous I-485 based on my approved immigration petition I-140 (EB-2-NIW) to current petition if my current petition I-140 (EB1A) is approved.

2. 以前的140，485的材料
Copies of previous Form 140 (NIW), 485, A#, AP, notice receipts, anything you can think. I even included my FP documents. REMEMBER: it is no harm if you attach more documents than USCIS requires; it will be a problem if you attach less documents than USCIS requires.
