Chinese in Canada are losers?

I am in Canada now and have been in Canada for a few years and
I always have worry in my mind, that is: Chinese in Canada are losers.

Seriously thinking of getting a job the US, I used to work in US before.

But it means I have to start over, green card, job, house, etc. I am almost
40 years old. :-(

If you share some inputs, I would highly appreciate.

How long does it take to get green card now, I am a Ph.D. in life science.
