如果让新雇主现在发出AC21, 那我就不会有拿绿卡立即换雇主的麻烦了. 有必要吗? 可行吗?
-AC21 is just for changing job during I-485 pending, not for your case because your I-485 has been approved. You can go there to work for the new employer without any problem. A lot of garbage information in the internet and you need to have correct judgement based on the immigration law, not just based on what some poeple saying. I assue you there is not any case by this time in USA for a new green card holder to have any trouble due to job change right away after getting green card.
