如果PD CURRENT了，但I-140还没批，是否也可以递交I-485呢？
-Yes. As long as your PD becomes current, you and your whole family can file your I-485s no matter your I-140 is approved or not.
如果也可以的话，为何有人要付加急费办I-140呢？
-These people just want see whether their I-140 is qaulified to be approved; some people may need their I-140 to be approvced to qualify for extend their H1 status beyond 6-year limit.

还有就我女儿的CASE，是不是无论I-140 PENDING多久，所有的等候时间都能加到她的年龄上吗？
-Yes.
有上限吗？
-No.
