Experts and experienced friends:

When submitting I-485, should I submit a certificate of no criminal history that is normally obtained from China?

The instruction of I-1485 requires criminal history. My understanding is that it is not necessary to attach such documents since I have never ever been arrested, detained or convicted.

Am I right?
