我家是485等待状态，几天前用AP返回美国。我(H1)和小孩(H4)的签证快到期， 太太的H1还有两年。

我要立刻申请H1延期。这不会影响485的等待吧？
-No problem at all.

我小孩要保留Parolee状态，只要按时renew她的AP，
-Not need to renew AP unless your kid needs to travel.

不需要关心她的H4是否过期吧？
-You are right. If her I-485 is denied, she can get H4 status back by going to China to get H4 visa.

我太太是否需要立即申请renew她的H1? 我们考虑万一485出问题，她保持H1就更主动。
-Up to her. If she does not want to renew h1, she has to use EAD to work.
