when do I485 background check?

Hi


I did FP last week, and after 2 days I485 status was changed to the following


On September xx, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Does it mean both of my FP and Background check are done?
or
Only FP check done, while Background chech just start?

I saw someone discuss about Background and Name check, so when?

My LC based I140/I485 are still pending.
